Welcome to OLA’s, Fete Silent Auction!

​

Our Lady of the Assumption (OLA) Primary School community has nearly 200 families, over 2,000 parishioners, and strong ties to local kinder’s, childcare centres and neighbourhood groups. 

​

The OLA Fete is one of our most treasured and well attended events. It is more than just a fun day out, its our major fundraiser for the year, and your support can make a big difference to our school and church. 

 

What are we raising funds for? 

This year’s OLA Fete will support the transformation of our outdoor area, a space designed to enrich the daily lives of all OLA students, both in and out of the classroom.

 

With your help, we aim to raise funds for projects such as: 

• Renew and refresh the adventure playground equipment. 

• Install a Long Jump Pit cover to assist in keeping the sand clean and free of debris and preventing animal contamination.

• Bike education to improve physical and mental health of our students, increase confidence and independence, and enhance road safety awareness. 

• A Therapy Dog to support students’ wellbeing and learning, via the Story Dogs program. 

• New books for the students to take home and read to parents, which will assist with Literacy skills, improving memory and concentration, and stimulates imagination and creativity. 

• Lego Education Spike Prime Sets. LEGO Robotics targeting Grades 3-6 that will further develop key skills in engineering, coding, problem-solving and communication. This opportunity for students not only supports student’s diverse learning styles, it can also help boosts confidence and resilience as they navigate challenges.

These projects will directly enhance student wellbeing, inclusion, creativity, and social connection, helping us build a school environment where every child can thrive.

Once payment has been made and confirmed for winning bidders, collection of items, will be from the school front office.
