Wow! What an experience this has been for us! We have been so lucky to have been working with Hugh Van Cuylenburg from The Resilience Project for the past few weeks. He came and spoke with Staff, Students and Parents about three very important, yet very simple things we can do to improve our mental health and wellbeing. GEM – Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness
